A journey of reconnection and remembrance.
Kundalini Activation is an invitation to step out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within you — your body, your intuition, your life-force, your essence.
Through energy, music and intuitive facilitation, you are invited to soften out of doing and into receiving, allowing the body to lead and your own inner current to unfold.
As we move beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation and constant doing, we create space to remember what is already there — our aliveness, our inner knowing, our connection to ourselves and something greater.
There is nothing to become. Perhaps simply more of ourselves to remember.

Kundalini is described in yogic traditions as the life-force energy within us; an innate current of vitality and consciousness.
During a session, you lie comfortably on a mat with your eyes closed while music guides the journey. I work intuitively with and around the body, using energetic and somatic techniques to support the natural unfolding of the experience.
Unlike practices where you consciously direct the breath, movement or energy, the invitation here is to receive.
From doing to listening.
From directing to allowing.
From effort to surrender.Your body leads. There is nothing you need to make happen.
-
Every journey is different.
You may experience sensations of energy moving through the body, spontaneous movement, emotion, imagery or insight, deep stillness, expanded awareness or a profound sense of connection.
For others, the experience can be beautifully subtle.
There is no hierarchy of experience. The invitation is not to chase a particular state, but to become more sensitive to what is already present.

For me, Kundalini Activation is less about creating extraordinary experiences and more about deepening our relationship with ourselves.
My approach has been shaped by more than a decade of yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic and shamanic practices — different doorways into the body, consciousness and our inner world.
While your process is always your own, my role is an active one. I listen and respond intuitively to what is unfolding, weaving together energy work, somatic awareness, sound and voice, hands-on touch when welcomed, and contactless energetic facilitation.
In a group, I hold both the individual and collective experience — responding to each person's unique process while staying attuned to the energy and rhythm of the wider space.
Choice, consent and nervous-system awareness are woven throughout. Rather than forcing an activation or directing where someone needs to go, I create the conditions for the body to lead — knowing when to support, when to ground, and when simply to give the process space to unfold.
And the work doesn't end when the music stops. We allow time to land, listen and integrate — letting what has been experienced on the mat gradually become embodied in how we meet ourselves and our lives.
Reconnect. Remember. Embody.
